Оставив в результате сомнительной интриги израильскую внешнюю разведку, кадровый разведчик Виктор Островский продолжает выполнять, тем не менее, самые опасные задания. Melucha – департамент Моссад, который отвечает за тайные операции в Европе и вербовку агентов. Ранее его кодовое имя было «Цомет»(«Tsomet»). Он разделен на отделы по географическому принципу, которые поддерживаются резидентурами на местах.

«Бойцы» – агенты – «нелегалы», израильтяне, завербованные для проведения опасных операций в тылу противника. Бойцов готовят отдельно от других сотрудников Моссад и они ничего не знают об организации, чтобы они не смогли ничего выдать в случае пленения.
