Хотим мы этого или не хотим, этот момент мировой истории посвящен Соединенным Штатам. Эпоха Америки не может длиться бесконечно, но она может длиться намного дольше. Дух 1776 г. пустил корни повсюду в мире. Это могло случиться благодаря нашему лидерству или без нас. Но в любом случае, сейчас наша очередь повернуть колесо истории, и время покажет, как мы справились со своей задачей. Упадок — это вопрос нашего собственного выбора, как и свобода.
