Упомянутый выше семинар Чанг и Якоби, посвященный нашему понятию, происходил в музее «Тэйт Ливерпуль»; исследования новой искренности, которые я перечисляю, публиковались в «Раутледже» и издательствах университетов Оксфорда, Кентукки, Техаса и др.

В конце 2000‐х годов новая искренность обсуждалась в бакалаврских и магистерских курсах Томасом Вассенсом в Университете Амстердама, Лисбет Кортхалс Алтес – в Университете Гронингена, Робертом Макфарлейном – в Кембридже. В Университете Лейдена тема затрагивалась на конференции, посвященной риторике и искренности, по итогам которой был издан сборник: Bal M., Smith C., van Alphen E. (eds) The Rhetoric of Sincerity. В то же время в Университете Бергена та же тема обсуждалась по крайней мере на двух гостевых лекциях, одну из которых читал Алексей Юрчак, а другую – Дирк Уффельман; обе происходили в рамках исследовательского проекта, посвященного постсоветской языковой культуре (см. тезисы: www.hf.uib.no/i/russisk/landslide/guestlectures.html).
