Монография профессора Л.Н.Юрьевой посвящена чрезвычайно важным и актуальным вопросам современной психиатрии: клинике, диагностике, терапии и профилактике кризисных состояний. Автор подошел к этой проблеме не только с узко психиатрических позиций, но и затронул целый ряд проблем, ранее не достаточно обсуждавшихся на страницах психиатрических изданий.
В книге изложены научные взгляды на роль клинических и социально-психологических факторов в генезе суицидального поведения, посттравмктических стрессовых расстройств и расстройств адаптации, представлены исследования лиц, переживших техногенную катастрофу. Впервые в отечественной психиатрии описаны основы танатологии для психиатров и психологов.

У книзі викладені наукові погляди на місто кліничних та соціально–психологічних факторів в генезі суіцідальної поведінки, посттравматичних стресових розладів та розладів адаптації, вик ладені власні дослідження щодо пацієнтів, що брали участь у ліквідаціі техногенної катастрофи.
Вперше в вітчизняній психіатрії викладені основи танатології для психіатрів і психологів. Для психіатрів, наркологів, медичних психологів, суіцідологів та психотерапевтів.
Crisis states.
Professor L.N.Yurieva’s book is dedicated to very important and pressing problems of modern psychiatry: clinical picture, diagnosis, therapy and prevention of crisis states. Not limiting herself with the narrow psychiatric position borders, the author touches upon a whole range of problems that previously have not been sufficiently discussed in psychiatric literature of this country.
The book expounds scientific ideas regarding the role of clinical and socio–psychologic factors in the suicidal behaviour genesis, post–traumatic stress disorders and gives the author’s original investigation of persons who have experienced technogenic catastrophe.
For the first time in the psychiatry of this country the foundations of thanatology are brought forward to the attention of psychologists and psychiatrists. The book is addressed to psychiatrists, narcologists, medical psychologists, suicidologists and psychotherapeutists.
