Диеты без молочных продуктов придерживаться легко, а если я решаю куда-то сходить, то выбираю из множества удобных пабов и ресторанов. Друзья меня поддерживают. Я чувствую себя здоровой, энергичной, рак с тех пор не возвращался, а кроме того, у меня исчезли неприятные многолетние проблемы с пазухами.
Я до сих пор остаюсь веганом, хотя иногда ем рыбу, органическую курицу и ягненка, выращенного в нашей округе. Я предпочитаю соевое молоко, ем много тофу, если он маринованный или со специями, и гораздо больше фруктов и овощей, чем ела до постановки диагноза.
От всей души я благодарю Джейн за помощь в преодолении всего, что на меня свалилось в последние несколько лет. Исключить из питания молочные продукты – небольшая цена за здоровую жизнь: ведь я боялась, что могу потерять ее навсегда.
