BLUE COSMOPOLITAN(martini glass)
In a mixing glass:
1 tsp sugar
1 oz freash Lime Juice
Muddle/mix
Fill glass with ice.
3 1/2 oz Vodka or Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
Dash of White Cranberry Juice
Shake.
Strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with lime.

BLUE DAIQUIRI(frozen)
In blender:
1 cup of ice
1 1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
Dash of sweetened Lime Juice
Dash of Sour Mix
1/2 tsp Sugar
Blend until smoth.
if too thick, add sor mix…
if too thin, add ice…
Garnish with lime.

BLUE HAWAIIAN
Fill a serving glass with ice.
1 oz Rum or Coconut Rum or
Orange Rum
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Cream of Coconut
Fill with Pineapple Juice
Shake.
Garnish with pineapple.
Top with umbrela.

In a mixing glass.

Fill glass with ice.
2 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
Shake.
1. Either pour contents (with ice)
2. Strain into chilled glass
Rim the glass with lime and dip in kosher salt (option)
