Правильный образ жизни для борьбы с выгоранием является самым важным. Таким же важным, как смысл жизни.
С такими понятиями можно найти дорогу к спокойной жизни. Если же человек уже находится в состоянии стресса, конечно, ему нужны доноры, участие. Так правильно придумала Эмили Нагоски. Книга стрессов. Очень жалко людей.
